Fitness is something that we can control. Ensuring that we do the right exercises and drills is paramount in whatever sport it is you want to excel in. We can customise a program and do one on one sessions to assist along with group programs to help and develop healthy active habits.

MEET THE COACH

MATTHEW CAMERON

Hi everyone! My name is Matt Cameron. I am a fitness coach for Coaching Sports.


I am currently studying Exercise Physiology at ECU where my knowledge of fitness and living healthy is ever growing, and I’ll be excited to assist you in your fitness journey!


I am also an Australian Blind Cricketer where cardiovascular and muscular fitness is my main focus. If you like to improve your cardiovascular endurance, improve lactic acid threshold, and most importantly see improvement in yourself, I will be happy to push you along!
