Fitness is something that we can control. Ensuring that we do the right exercises and drills is paramount in whatever sport it is you want to excel in. We can customise a program and do one on one sessions to assist along with group programs to help and develop healthy active habits.

Coaching sports offers quality one on one/small groups coaching in multiple sports. We take a holistic approach to our training taking time to build that trust and relationship with our clients to ensure that we meet their requirements.

MEET THE COACH

MONICA COSTA

Hi, I’m Monica Costa, and I lead the fitness classes at Coaching Sports.

 

I’m currently studying a double degree in Exercise & Sports Science and Sports Business at Edith Cowan University. My passion for fitness spans across many sports, but gymnastics is where my expertise lies.

 

I competed in elite gymnastics throughout my childhood and began coaching in 2020. Since then, I’ve enjoyed helping people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals and grow stronger.
